Promotions in London, Munich and Paris continue to reflect CIL’s growing international expertise

CIL, the international growth strategy consulting firm with offices in the US, Europe, and the UK, has announced five senior promotions as it predicts continued growth in demand for its expertise and advice across a range of sectors. The promotions reflect the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional insights and strategic support to its clients as they navigate complex challenges and opportunities.

In the UK, Tom Stevens has been promoted to Partner in CIL’s Business Services Practice in recognition of his deep expertise in the professional services sector.  Tom joined CIL as a Senior Consultant in 2016, having previously spent seven years working in PwC’s M&A team and at a private equity-backed corporate.

Four new Directors have also been promoted, reflecting their significant contributions to the growth of the business and excellent client work.  Craig Abrahams, who joined CIL in London as an Associate Director in 2022 and is a critical part of CIL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, has been promoted to Director. He brings extensive operational experience, having worked as Commercial Director at OneWelbeck (a multi-specialty clinic) and BUPA.

Also in the London office, Simon Mocatta becomes a Director.  He joined CIL as an Analyst in 2015 and is now a senior leader in the Built Environment practice in London where he has consistently demonstrated excellence in project delivery.

In Munich, Florian Wohlfart is promoted to Director, having joined CIL as an Engagement Manager in 2021.  He previously spent eight years in audit and consulting roles with Deloitte and Munich Strategy and now has a key leadership role in the Munich office, leading client relationships across the Industrials and Built Environment practices.

In CIL’s Paris office, Nahel Rachet has also been promoted to Director. Nahel joined CIL from Deloitte in 2017 with four years’ consulting experience and was responsible for setting up CIL’s French operations in 2023. He has built a strong advisory network and is highly respected in the local market.

Commenting on the promotions, Jon Whiteman, Managing Partner at CIL, said: “I am delighted to announce five well-deserved promotions – all of whom have made a fantastic contribution to the performance of CIL through their expertise, hard-work and excellent client relationships.  As demand for our expertise continues to grow, it is this talent which cements CIL’s position as a leader in its field and makes it an inspiring place to work.”
