CIL appoints Jenni Emery as Non-Executive Director

CIL, the international growth strategy firm, has announced that Jenni Emery has been appointed Non-Executive Director effective from 1^st December 2025.

Jenni brings over two decades of senior leadership experience across some of the world’s most respected professional services and investment firms. She was formerly Chief People Officer at Advent International, the large-cap global private equity fund, and Chief People Officer at Arup, the global design and engineering consultancy. She is currently a Partner at Altair, advising FTSE 250 companies, multinationals and professional services firms on leadership, strategy and organisational culture.

Jenni has already worked closely with CIL’s HR team on people strategy. As a NED, she will provide independent challenge and strategic counsel to the Board, supporting the firm’s continued growth while helping preserve and enhance its distinctive culture across an expanding international footprint.
